How It All Started

Identified The Problem

While Claire was working as the Vice President of Technology and Innovation at 20th Century Fox she came across Susan Fowler's blog, exposing the toxic harassment she experienced as a software engineer at Uber. The story occupied part of Claire’s mind for months.

Built Employee Reporting Tool

She began speaking with HR and legal professionals and discovered that the tools available to employees to share feedback or report issues were ineffective, intimidating, and rarely used. The team launched the first version of AllVoices in early 2018.

Tracking All Employee Issues 

Employees and HR leaders loved using AllVoices to hear from employees and communicate with them. Our customers asked us to build a modern case management platform to help HR professionals track and resolve all types of employee relations issues.

Building And Innovating

Through a customer-centric approach to development, we continued to build tools to make it even easier for companies to hear from employees and take action. Our customers can use AllVoices’ various workflows to ensure they are taking action effectively on every type of issue that is raised.
